Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or another preferred plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the bananas, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, and honey (if desired).
  • Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
  • If you prefer a colder consistency, add some ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
