Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of almond milk (or another preferred plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the bananas, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, and honey (if desired).
- Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
- If you prefer a colder consistency, add some ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
