Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of halved strawberries
  • 1 cup of halved grapes
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 peeled and sliced kiwi
  • 1 peeled and segmented orange
  • 1 green apple, cubed
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the lemon juice and mint leaves.
  • Drizzle the fruit salad with lemon juice and gently toss.
  • If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve the fresh fruit salad.
