Ingredients:
- 2 cups of halved strawberries
- 1 cup of halved grapes
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 peeled and sliced kiwi
- 1 peeled and segmented orange
- 1 green apple, cubed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the lemon juice and mint leaves.
- Drizzle the fruit salad with lemon juice and gently toss.
- If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve the fresh fruit salad.
