Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, and dill), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the lemon and herb sauce onto the salmon.
  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Serve the grilled salmon with additional lemon and herb sauce on top.
