Ingredients:

- 4 whole wheat tortillas

- Lettuce leaves

Instructions:

- Spread a layer of avocado onto each tortilla.
- Place the seasoned chicken, diced tomato, and lettuce leaves on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas to form wraps.
