Ingredients:

  • 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, season the shredded chicken with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread a layer of avocado onto each tortilla.
  • Place the seasoned chicken, diced tomato, and lettuce leaves on each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortillas to form wraps.
  • Cut each wrap in half and serve.
